If you're planning on running anywhere outside South Florida (i.e. Atlanta, Nashville, etc), you may want to get some hill training in with your long runs.
Starting at Alice Wainwright park, the ten mile run will cross over the bridge & back two times, with at least one mile in between ascents. So, out of 10 miles, only 3 will be uphill (and 3 down hill). If you don't want to do ten, you can join us for 6 -8 miles.

Time: 6:00 am
Where: Alice Wainwright Park (See Map Below) - Approx. Mile 8 of Footoworks Training Route
Distance: 10 miles (crossing bridge two times) or 6-8 miles (crossing bridge one time).
Pace: 11:30 min/mile
